All the other exts are gone perhaps worth a reg fee or a bit more?

Search on google comes good .I will just have to wait and see.

Name Pros opinion or comments will help.

It will be 4 sale at SEDO and parked there.

It's not terrible. The hyphen definitely hurts, but it is 'online'.

I'd say mid to high $xx, maybe even $1xx.

IF the hyphen craze moves to .tv then this is a good reg especially if A German company needs it because I see many German domains with a - good luck develop it and he - won't matter as much at least SEO wise.
