Africa is the keyword here, They have been long scamming on the net, and continue to do it on a daily basis, they use the united kingdom and europe as there scamming grounds, they have people stationed there working for them, switerland seems to another popular place for the african scammers to set up a base of people. Many have been caught at thier scams, But because laws differ from country to country, some times there is very little that can be done about them, but they are being watched by several countries investigators.

I hate those scam emails. If you want a fun read, check out 419eater.com. Some of the "letters archives" there about the scammers getting their just desserts are hilarious (and no, I have no affiliation with or stake in that website, it's just a fun read when you're bored!).
