Oldest .org .edu and .net domain names.

A few days ago I stumbled the first 100 registered domain name in .com extension so I'm curious to find out the oldest domain in .org .net and .edu extensions. Here's what I've discovered from wikipedia.

If the first 100 .com is worth at least $1million, how about these .org .net and .edu? What is your price range estimate?

It's my opinion ... and also reflective of two domain name sales that I've had in the last two DT auctions (partnering in the $X,xxx sale of an generic .ORG in the fall, and most recently an $X,xxx sale of a generic geo .ORG), IMHO. I acquired both of these .ORG's here on the Namepros™ site over the years, as well ... for total $Xxx, and feel confident that the new owner's will have similar rates of return in years to come, as well. That's the problem in .org, they don't disclose this information. Though I agree with Jeff that they are going up.

I will try to research .org public sales. I will keep you posted.

Last year I purchased a number of generic .org domains, each in the region of mid-high $Xxx. I sold one of those names 30 days later for mid $Xxxx and kept the rest.

I'm glad to hear that others are also having success with .org and I will be watching the market closely.

I sold last year daddy.org (which I regret) and borrower.org in $$$$ range.

I still have some .org in my portfolio
