spear.info is interesting - I guess spearguns might be a commercial product option though I have a feeling a lot people typing spear may be looking for Spears as in Britney. Of course you could brand it. Perhaps something on tabloid news where you "spear" the latest stories, but that would take a lot of work. I guess one of the most important things when building out any site is choose a subject you're interested in that way keeping it updated isn't a chore.

Guys, what do you think about NewsEvents.info? It is 2-month old name but, since its first days, has been receiving an average of 7/10 type-in visits per day!

If you look on Archive.org somebody tried to develop NewsEvents.info, that's probably why it gets 7-10 visits per day. As a standalone domain, it's a nice hand reg, people want information on news and events, the words are closely associated, but it's an awkward combination in a single domain, I can't see people falling over themselves to buy it.
