So as a foreigner with no DE residency i can buy .de domains on Dynadot without the need of having someone in Germany with physical address to represent me? Thank you.
You have to be citizen to register a domain in some countries. SO if i'm a foreigner, can i invest in .DE domains?
I have register at dynadot,com .de domains, if you look under Restrictions in the page that list with prices, there is no German Presence required, but for other such as .us and .eu it is required, meaning don't buy if you don't live there.
Well, German presence is not needed for people living in EU. So, the Administrative contact must be within the European Union. And when it's not, the registrar will often offer a Trustee Service for .de domains, at some extra cost. The postal address will then be replaced with an address in Germany.
