whats the value of .de domains..i know they are the second place after .com but what i wanna know is that

if i register a ENGLISH word lets say.... i register:

whats the value of that...even though its not german...

Hello, i hope i not ask in the wrong place.
How secure is to register .de domains for a foreigner?
Looked on NameCheap they say you can register but if denic,de contact you regarding trademark/copyright and you not have a person with DE residency to represent you, you can loose the domain.
Which registrar is better for such purposes?
To not need at all any DE residency or 3rd party person.
