Sadly none of the other tld's with the keywords are developed websites.
All parked pages or forward to other sites.

Still DRIVING DIRECTIONS gets 1 million exact searches a month, and I'm sure their all going to google maps or mapquest. lol

To be honest, I think that a clear, descriptive name is the best option for a .cc - an abreviation such as TEZ (moreover one which does not create instant associations in a reader's mind) are probably not the best choice.

But to be honest, I have bought only a few, generic .cc myself, and I have not yet sold one...

I share your opinion, but on the other hand, we shoulb be aware of the reluctance of many people to invest into such extensions.
If there would have been non domainers bidding, I assume it would have gone higher.

.CC Question & Advice

Hey everyone!

During my daily domain search I came across a pretty premium 2 word (let's that has over 30 million Google results even when searched with quotes). The problem is that it's .cc, but ALL other TLDs that I can see on Moniker are ALL taken. Even with .CC EstiBot gives it a value of $720 (I know, I know), but this can be a sign that the terms in the domain are quite strong.

I understand the hierarchy of domain value, but am still new at the game.

Should I grab it? Where is the best place to buy .CC? Are there any limitations on someone buying a .CC that does not live in Cocos?

There are no limitations for .cc. Everybody can register it.
Moniker seems to have a good price for this tld.
I registered only one and will not buy more but all extensions are almost taken with the word I regged.
