I parked a domain @ sedo and notified by an offer. Is it possible to determine the person who made the offer?

yea no..i always wonder that too..
as a seller no u wun know who the buyer is
as a buyer you know who the seller is but if wanna go tru sedo n pay the fees n safer then they rather go tru sedo.. if not they will email you unless its whois privacy

unfortunately it is kept private so you don't cut sedo out of the loop, they don't want to lose their commission.

Even any comments you make to the buyer have to get approved by sedo BEFORE the buyer sees it.

Sometimes you can feel if it is a reseller or an enduser.
low offer for a kickass domain usualy made by resellers...

Thats a major reason I park at name drive. Potential Buyers have to fill in their email and telephone number and then it is forwarded to you.

At least you have an idea of who you are dealing with, I´ve received twelve offers via Name Drive in 6 weeks.

I still tell them to make their offers via Afternic or Sedo though.

haven't tried namedrive. but I think sedo is more popular on domain parking or they are both popular?

You can keep them listed for sale at Sedo while parking at Sedo.

If a domain has high traffic it may be better parked at Sedo, because people bid onm domains with high traffic, but if the domain is low traffic people can`t see your stats at name drive.
