Thank you for your response Alcy

I know you have made deals in this level already, and of course, it would be great to make 20K on 3 days old DN and I would not like to be greedy.
But on the other hand, it is an initial offer so there is probably a space for more from strategy point perspective. I can call the guy by phone directly and make the deal over the phone too.

With higher prices, readiness to purchase can decrease exponentially - not always linear relationship.

And for some rare luxury items, the relationship can be inversely proportional.
    Thanks.

I would counter with 200,000 in order to show that guy how much I like gambling :) He would stop for a moment and respect me more for the mutual similarity and then would counter me with 20,001 :) I would accept it, in the end I would take $1 more which is bigger than zero.

    counter $45K

But if you just got the domain 3 days ago, take the $20K fast and run.

He got the money but not the domain, if someone first offer is $20,000 , That mean he really want the domain.

I would take the offer immediately...but I always prefer a bird in the hand.

    Good luck!

If you don't want to accept it, counter it with $30K. This is a reasonable amount and the buyer may accept provided he's legit one.

If you think that the offer is legit and you trust it, then go ahead and counter it!!! Instead it's your decision!! as team we will be happy if you get more and be sad if the deal is bounced!! About 90% people are suggesting you to accept offer and get away. Then purchase good domains and continue domaining!!

End of the day it's your gambling!!!

    All the best!

Being greedy and risking 20k on a 3 day old handreg is stupid.
Theres smart risk, and dumb risk..

And you shouldn't gamble, you should be doing business.

Better to take 20K and regret that you might/could have sold it for 45K if everything else would have gone according to your plan (and chances of that happening extremely slim), or wait for 45K, never get it, and regret not selling it for 20K.

I would suggest to take the money. Even if the domain is in Gambling niche, does not mean you should play a 20k gamble.

    Please update here either way.
