I have an offer on "TheRoad" . us as well as my "TheRoad" .mobi. I have a thread in appraisals: LINK

Based on the fact that "TheRoad" is a book. I would say that 60 dollars is not worth the sell. I would counter with an offer of 500 for both. Unless you want to make them developed and possibly make more with parking it.
