I know for a fact that sportsbook was registered during the trademark sunrise period. My current theory is that these domains failed the trademark validation and were released to the public on Oct. 17th.

someone on the other forum owns it... it too was a sunrise reg using a fake TM that got dropped by the registry..

I've been checking about 2 thousand of the top MOBI names every day since the available LLL was found. Not one of these gems has been released or dropped. I guess they were just really lucky in October.

But now, it's too late...Names registered during sunrise have been unlocked at the beginning of January...

diamonds.mobi was one of the first mobi names I tried to reg way before October 17th and it was not available. It was probably regged during the TM period. I think sportsbook.mobi was also regged as a TM.
