No offense, but you're running a $10 vShare script and the only thing you've done is added a halfheartedly designed logo.
My advice - figure out how things like "www.fearless.msn.com" are built and revisit the drawing board.

logo needs a ton of work and so does the design make it unique

1) The logo feels out of place because the color doesn't blend with the layout
2) If you're not good at designing, get a freelancer or buy a template

Yes it needs some flare. These sites are a dime a dozen, You realy need to go back to the drawing board and have a complete rethink about making a unique site to keep people comming back again and again. It's your first site, so don't be afraid to experiment a bit.
