O is very like 0,so I don't think it's good to invest for smaller domainer,$4000 is MAX.

If I had that kind of money to spend I'd rather get a good 3 char .com. Not sure what you can do with o7.com, other than tell people you own a two-char domain name.

i think you should try to get it, but don't spend too much . 2 char .com domain names these days are rare!

These names are rare, but I don't see many for sale, so I am unsure of price.

I'd rather go for 2 letter or 2 number than a combination of a letter and a number.

imo it's better to invest the money in good three letter .com/.net/.org/.info or in a generic domain than in a LN.com / NL.com
