I don't know whether or not it gets traffic, but it's called a "white bullet". Here is a page about it, http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/25e6/index.htm.

The site says ALT+25E6 is the Windows keystroke. The only problem is that when I reach the "e", the edit menu comes up in every program I try to type it in .

I guess Firefox/Mozilla just dropped support for IDN. That reduces the price of the domain for sure.

Yeah that was a really important factor
especially when people tend to switch to Firefox nowadays

Not worth much IMO, they maybe rememorable, although they take too much time typing the name in, which could make visitors think again.. also many things won't accept IDN in things..
