Just got an offer on NYPR_net for $400. I did some research and it looks like the offer is from an employee of a fairly good size public relations firm. I don't know if the offer is actually from the company or from her.

She said in her last email to me, "The most I could consider paying for this domain is around $400", in reply to my comment of, "I do have a figure in mind and I will let you know if your offer is reasonably within the ballpark."

Opinions on how should I proceed?

This isn't an appraisal question ..

but to answer: Well you already responded, so if they get back with anything over $400, take it.

If all they can do is $400, take it.

Thanks for your comment. In which forum category would you post this question were it yours?

Thanks for your comment. I agree it is a good price for a LLLL.net but I reeeeally like this one! :hehe: BTW, NYPR_com went for more on Pool. Last time I saw it, it was up to $700 (I think). Anyone here know what it ended up selling for?

Don't you usually appraise nets at 1/2 or less than the worth of coms?

$400 is good if the com went for around $700.
