"elite" renders this name to a judgement sale. While its a nice name, you generally have to wonder how long you will have to sit on it before you get a decent offer. Part of the judgement would which party contacted first and is the other party known or in stealth mode. I feel $800 minimum asking price not knowing anything about the circumstances. Goodluck
