Hello All,

My wife has dedicated a lot of time into her site, due to a personal issue she cannot dedicate her time anymore. To quote her " It needs someone that can dedicate the time and I cannot"

OK...here are some details:
www.creationsbywomen.com

It is all drop ship buisness
Google PR3
Google shows 951 results
After 6 months, she is getting her first check from Yahoo (YPN)
Sales from site this year under $100.00
Made from ZenCart and customized by her
Alexa 2,053,376
Backlinks 34 (?)
Site advertising is all thru link exchange
I am including stats/uniques
Please keep in mind the appraisal is for sale of DN and site...COMPLETE.

She has mixed emotions on selling.

Thank you in advance!

I Believe the domain is premium to me. The domain alone can be worth low $xxx. But since its developed, I would suggest you sell it with the website. It has PR3 and has some revenue. That should bring you anywhere between low$xxx - High $xxx. Good luck.

I strongly suggest selling it with the website. Trying putting it up on eBay. I have seen many website with low revenue selling between $500-600 easily.

Compared to other ecommerce sites listed here and elsewhere with comparable earnings it is worth less than $500 - website and domain.

Depends on the stats you shown above, mid $xxx to the right end user.

One year and you made $100.00 ? Not sure you got much

value there unless you expect sales to explode the second

year. Divide profit earned by number of hours invested to get

a value. However, if what is being done is completely for

the love of it ... it is then priceless.

CreationsByWomen.com - The name, although not a keyword name, is nice and the perfect end user might be willing to pay high $xxx. However, it seems you may not have time to wait for the perfect end user, so my estimate of reseller value of the name alone falls into the mid $xx area.

With about 500 uniques a month, the website could be worth more but unfortunately the site did not load so I don't know what it's like.... but PR3, 500 uniques, there is definitely some potential there, low to mid $xxx for the dn + website.

Okay my honest opinion:

First of all, I can not estimate it based on finding a perfect end user or any enduser. If an end user, an end user may want to pay million bucks, who knows.

Site design looks cool. The name sounds good but that does not make it a premium name. Revenue is low compared to the time thats the is site in operation. How much is the check from YPN for? PR 3, well, now a days, its relatively easy to get that PR quick. The uniques per month is a plus point here.

I would say less than a couple hundred dollars, well thats what I would pay if I am interested.

Thanks all!

To answer a few of the questions....
Her advertising $$ was low therefore the reson for low sales. i am sure a few $$ wil help it out.
I cannot say how much YPN..against term, but like stated first check on its way.
I will let my wife know you like the design..she worked real hard on it...her first site!!

Thanks again!

The site has a decent appealing look to it,It has never really gotten of the ground though,With that small of revenue made,It will be a tuff sell at mid xxx,The domain name is very fitting for it,But once a name is developed,The website itself becomes the seller,The biggest problemm you face,People don't care how much you put into the design - website as whole -advertising dollars. They want revenue,It is worth low xxx imo,$125 to 175 imo
