The database is not unique, there are some custom entries, but mostly links from dmoz directory fo that specific regions LA, and NY. As I mentioned I am asking
$600 for both sites, this is BIN price. I don't have any minimum in mind as of now.
Both sites linked with each other, the main page has a search that will search in the
directory. Please keep in mind that even though this site uses dmoz as a base for the links it still has some different links and also all the search requests stay on the site, in other words the dmoz database is replicated and many pages created, When user searches for something it doesn't go to dmoz. It is good for the search engines, they
will list many pages from the site. Both sites optimized, and I think results will be seen
pretty soon on MSN, google and yahoo will take longer as you know. From my previous experience I can say that sites like this usually get 1-3 submissions a day, so in 1 year
there will be amany links submitted by locals.
