NP$ Sales/Auctions not showing up in NEW POSTS

Are NP$ Sales/Auction supposed to show up in the NEW POSTS search? I paid the extra 50 NP$ for the highlight, and nothing! If it ends up not showing up, is there anyway I can get my 50 NP$ back? I know it's really only like 50 cents, but I'd still like it back.

I believe it is set up to automatically exclude certain forums during New Posts, and searches, but I am not positive.
