Is it because I posted early? Was always wondering about that. It's 1 post per 24 hours, I did it 1 post per day.
If you want to bump in the afternoon do you have to do it like this:
2pm
2:01 or after the next day
2:02 the day after that etc. to satisfy the once in 24 hours
or if you just do it once per day, is that ok?
Sometimes I start a thread late, like 10PM. If I do that, I can't post the next day, unless it's after 10 PM?
