NP$ Lottery

Perhaps this has been suggested before but I think this would be quite a cool feature. It may add a little more fun to the forums. Basically, the more NP$ you enter into the prize fund, the more likely you will win.

NP is bought and sold in the bank and exchange with Paypal....

There are lottery threads in the contests thread. I believe it is illegal as I have tried making a lottery site once. You need a gambling license. By buying NP$ and selling back, you are by-passing the law
