Hello,

nowthatshumor.com is about 1 year old, it is a funny pictures website. I'm in the 4th SERP Google for funny pictures. Site makes $1,200 a month with valueclick and realtechnetwork on average. 50%+ of my traffic is direct, another 18-20% is from google, rest is backlinks. I spend no money on advertising.

Looking for domain apprasisal, total website appraisal if possible.

All stats can be verified.

My guess is 60k +++ considering traffic, revenue, etc.

minimum 2 years revenue = 48,000

domain name value = reg fee

Total = around 40-60k (depends on buyer). I'm quite unacqquianted with the sale of developed websites and don't know what parameters are used. The values I gave above are based primarily on the model for traffic domains.

I just migrated from a windows server to linux server, so webalizer isn't as good as awstat.

You can use that to work out the stats I've gotten since migration, i still have the old stats if i needed to provide them. I've been getting a lot of e-mails about people interested in my site. I also have more funny pictures than any site I've found yet. I need to know what a respectable price would be.
