Two words that don't seem to jive. The main results on Google for the term seem to be from one word ending a sentence and the other beginning it. I can't see this domain in use for a real website. Reg fee

the concept might work. but the "Now" is better off after the word, not before. and i'd try going after a better word, like "Wealth" so "WealthNow.com" would be a better domain here.

brandables can work but i'm not really feeling this one
