Well, okay, according to Wikipedia.com, maybe not. There are tons of different languages being spoken around the globe, and a few of them have not yet been registered in the .tv extension. This thread started out as a post to the longer .tv available domains thread, but since I've included some interesting non '.tv' extensions, I thought I would seperate it out. So, here are some interesting picks for you, to find a few more just go to wikipedia.com and search for 'list of languages', and sort by 'number of native speakers'.
ovt is no ext
Bengali.tv 196 million speakers, OVT just under 8K ( why am I telling you this? Why? )
Swahili.tv 60 or so million speakers, ovt just over 8K
Punjabi.ws 61 million native speakers
Javanese.tv .biz .ws .name 76 million speakers
Telugu.ws 80 million speakers
Ukranian.tv .mobi .ws 39 million spakers
Romanian.name 24 million speakers
Somali.ws .name 25 million speakers
Bulgarian.name .ws
I kind of like the .name domains in this, actually, like Romanian.name...
There's more I'm sure, just have to search.
