I come to conclusion that atom .com/domain-appraisal
cap domain score at 7.5 for .now TLD.

Can anyone explain why?

Or its false and it isnt capped?

For now, yes, it's capped. It's new and there isn't a lot of data to go on. Plus their system weights registered years heavily so when an extension is new, that part of the rating will be non-existent
