I have a question. Since I joined the board several people have mentioned issues with trying to develop their sites.

Is the issue money/capital, content/videos, technical expertise, business model, or something else.

I would love to help, because the more successful .TV sites that are launched, the easier it becomes to get my network off the ground.

My background is marketing and tech, so if I can help; please let me know.

Hello again, to answer your "what is the issue" question I must say that for me at this point, it is a little of both...

I have regd (what I think anyway) are some pretty good .tv names, however; I am at the moment very interested in developing www.alternativefuels.tv and I do know for the most part exactly what the business model / plan will be for this site...

The issue at hand is technical expertise to implement my desired plan for the site.

If you are available to discuss in further detail my current technical needs for developing the site and thereafter the marketing of it, I would be interested to learn more about you and your work...

Thank You

I think a lot of it Local is technical expertise and of course every start up needs $ but even more so I think it is technical expertise. There are plenty that have limited Html experience let alone the High Tech experience of streaming, broadcasting video editing stuffa long those lines. IMO with .tv comes a much greater demand for technical expertise. Of which I have little and I feel will hold back a lot of ideas because I cannot see how to get them started. I focus on my strengths in ideas, marketing, promotions , business dev when you can't just snap and see your vision developed it becomes frustrating IMO
