The last one also has 4 memory banks so I could upgrade if I wanted, it also has enough space for a Raid configuration ASWELL as the CD drive, whereas the second one hasn't... of course, the price listed already being without RAID or 4 gb RAM, its already the most expensive... so what do you think, I am looking for the best one for gaming but also with the capibility to perform well in ordinary tasks... as well as having the best value. I am not too sure about the second one though, as if I wished to use any CD/DVDs(I do) I dont have the possibility of Raid, and one of the reasons why I like the last one is for the upgradability... with that sort of money you cant get a new notebook everytime standars rise... its cheaper to upgrade (eg. if games started requiring a min of 3gb ram in the next year, its not gonna happen... but you never know...!)
Thanks,
Chael
P.S please do not worry about software/OS selection in the quotes, I can get them far cheaper from other places so I didnt put much thought into on there...
