Hey, I realize it's 3 words, and a .net but it's the last of the <state name>hotels.com/net so I figured it was above reg fee.

Yeah it is the last one left as you mentioned it.

And it surely has potential.

I would not sell it to reseller. It is the best deal for the end user.

It might get $XXX to $XXXX. With little development and a right buyer.
