Well you know much more on the subject, I think you were more looking for an expert apprasial. Well I couldn't afford a dollar. Portfolio build purly on free stuff. Also I don't know anyone who has thousands to pay but you can list it here, in the domains for sale forum.

$0, NATO.org would be worth somthing, of course nato goes in the .int domain ( http://www.nato.int ) and at one time there was a .nato domain...
anyway, the spelled out .com has little value I think.

its WAY, WAY, WAY too long. I would say its worth 5 bucks at most. it would be better is it was like NATO something, instead of that long name. no one is going to want to type all that out

Also, it is the nato acronym expanded. It is not an abbreviation and it is not encrypted.

by itself, I see little value. If it gets type-in traffic or is developed to bring traffic, then it could "develop" some value based on an income projection. I'm not real sure what you would do to make income from someone who typed it in though.

Domains this long are way to easy to mistype and misspell.
