Nobody likes typing/remembering such a long name when you have good acronym... I'd say reg-fee (too long).

If this was 1985 this domain would be more valuable than gold, but it's not... and NATO has become less "visible" (Good choice of word?) as the UN inserts itself as the police-all institution.

It is long, but it has a widely known meaning.
