Nooooo I failed my first math Test

Take my advice..never think of anything being "too easy"

I am taking an extra credit course in summer school...so i wont have to take it in regular school [which is longer]...I am talking this course called Data Management [Math]
so the first two tests..i get 90's..its easy stuff..i just go to my class..turn the computers on...browse around Namepros and work on my sites...without worrying..the first 2 weeks..i worked a bit..but when i get marks in 90's i said to myself..o this is so easy..i dont need 2 study for this stuff..
well the third unit was hard and i did TERRIBLE on the test..I FAILED MY FIRST MATH TEST IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! i m soo pissed grr
and it wasnt just failing!! i got 30%!!!!!!!!!!!
And in summer school...1 fail affects ur Marks sooo much that this 1 fail lowered my marks to 75%
Now i gotta study "hard" so i can get my average back up...but we have computers infront of us all the time and my handa cant resist turing them on..then typing in websites 2 browse...posting stuff...its just so hard for me to keep myself off a computer!!

Stop getting distracted! You wouldn't happen to be in Ontario? I took Data Management in high school and pulled a 91% effortlessly (cheating was involved). Considering that's a Grade 12 course, it does count for university! If you're taking this in Canada and need help, I can probably lend you a hand at times.

o no i m not in class...but i do have hw that i still need 2 finish and its 12:35 AM here :p trying to do my hw but cant..2 hard 2 focus lol
n yes i m in ontario..going to grade 12..but takin data management in summer school 2 get rid of it before regular school :p

I suppose I'm a genius, or maybe most of the course is based on that. :blink: A great forum to get specific difficult questions answered is here, but attempt each problem yourself first! This course is largely based on logic, so think carefully on the next test and you'll do great. I gave my notes away to someone, but I could give you solutions to some of those complex problems if I can bother getting them back. After all, the textbooks used remain the same.

lol na i have never failed any course in my life...and i dont intend 2...the lowest marks i ever got was like 54 in grade 9 Science
and the height 100 in Technology Followed by 92 in grade 11 Computer Programming yai lol
well i m at school :p we have to work on this program called Fathom which looks like excel clone made worse :p

Hehe, I had to take a Statistics course last semester for my major in University, and since they consider permutations/combination chapter too 'easy', they didnt even include it in the final exam, and instead tested us on crazy topics that were barely even covered during the semester; class average was a C+ :o :lala:

lol..well i like permutations...its kinda interesting...but i hate that stddev and Iqrange median mode stuff...thts wt the test was on!!

I took the course at night school, hence the cheating, but no - we never got a chance to touch the computers! Even if I had the opportunity, I would never have visited any such website during school. This may in part be due to the fact that I keep my online ventures in secrecy, so no one realizes my undertakings on the Internet at the side. Always keep work and pleasure (in this case being NamePros) aside from each other.

Mr. Websites did u guys use that program in data management too?
