is there anyway to tell if an expiring domain will auto renew?

once i have a domain where is the best place to sell it? right now i am using godaddy auctions with very little results. Should i be using sitepoint or sedo?

is there a automated method for evaluating a domains name value only?

1) In most domain cPanels, it will state whether the domain has auto renew enabled or not next to the domain.

2) Best place to sell, depends on your customers - end users or resellers - for end users, try your luck at Sedo, Afternic, or I guess GoDaddy's TDNAM. For resellers, well, the boards are the best place.

3) There are plenty of automated services to evaluate a domain name. Estibot.com - NameBoy.com are two of the more popular ones - though there are many, many more. But, take everything they give you value wise with a huge grain of salt - these tools are not ment to give a concrete "value" to your name, rather, are to be used as tools to make educated decisions.
