Hey guys,

I was thinking and researching what will be invented in the future and found two revolutionary things : non melting chocolate and non melting ice cream which is 'under construction' and will hit the shelves within 1-2 years.
Big companies like Nestle, Mondelez and Callebaut are creating and experimenting with 'non melting chocolate' which melts above 40-45 degree whereby they can unlock potenially billions of sales in hot climate countries.

Nonmeltingchocolate.com
Nonmeltingicecream.com
Was avaible to reg and i regged it.

Having a nice domain can help the companies by making profit i guess.

Are you guys seeing any BIG future and BIG $$$ for those 'revolutionary chocolate and icecream' domains ?

I'm very very nervous

Suggestions are welcome

Thanks in advance

Probably needs to go in "Appraisal" section.

But, these domains are a long shot in my opinion. Yes, the foods will probably be invented, etc, but the companies will just market under whatever brandable name they come up with for their product. Or better yet, they will just market under the brand name they have already spent millions establishing, i.e Nestle, Mondelez, Callebaut.

First off all i was thinking to create the thread on the apprasial section but i want opinions and suggestions, thats the reason why i created the thread on this section.

Thanks for the suggestion.

When someone types nonmeltingchocolate on google they will probably on nonmeltingchocolate.com and if Nestle owns nonmeltingchocolate.com and the person who was searching for nonmeltingchocolate sees that Nestle is selling it and if that person(private or even dealer) buys some will Nestle make profit i guess ?!

It depends on how Nestle distributes its products. They already have millions of suppliers and they do not really have to market their goods online, being that they have direct contact. Their sales network is much wider than anything you can find online. They literally know every shop there is, and already sell through them being that they have lots of popular products.

I am not saying the domains do not have value, but I do not see Nestle picking up the domains. A smaller company, yes. I am sure if you sit on them long enough, you can make a decent sale.

But i dont mean only Nestle.
Callebaut, mondelez or whatever big choco companies are some potentials too i mean.
Non melting chocolate is a revolution in the chocolate sector its totally another NEW product therefore maybe they could need some domain for some more profit and for advertisement?...therefore i think on this way...

Hmm I do not think these names will be hot in the future. Take a look at driverless cars. Tesla, BMW and others are building them using their own well known brand and do not need a domainname to market any new features they have figured out.

Perhaps an all-new, small manufacturer would use it to sell their non melting chocolate but I don't think the big boys would.

You might never sell it, as it requires a very specific niche which is not seemingly mainstream yet was developed 3-4 years ago. So it seems it won't ever be mainstream, especially given people seem to like chocolate to melt in their mouth (otherwise it wouldn't be chocolate really).

This all makes it hard to evaluate.

I would do some outbound emailing and see what responses you get (if any). Keep it short and sweet, it's a great keyword name so they'll either be interested or not :)

Good luck.
