Non-relevant Ads

For the last couple of hours, my adsense sites have been running ads only related to Home Financing and Mortgages. Anybody else getting this on your sites?

Maybe you just need to target the keywords?

I'm having a bit of trouble with my ads as well - for some reason, I keep getting CMS-related ads as opposed to cancer ones =/ I'll give it some time, maybe it'll take a while for it to optimise or something... I did set the keywords, though, so I really don't see what the problem is.
