As the populations of non-english speaking countries start using the internet more and more I think the value of these domains will only increase.

However, I would venture to guess that the good Spanish, French, German, Swedish, Portuguese, etc .com domains have been mined some time ago. Native speakers with intimate knowledge of the language could probably find worthwhile domains still hanging around though.

i think yes, i'm ready to pay about 500$ (maybe bit more) for an
LLLLLLLLL.net domain (not english, german, spanish ...)
because i'm going to develop something.
I have other domains for that, but i would like that domain.

So you can see they are valuable ... btw. i'm doing that just for me /no firm !
Firms would like to spent much much more.

Non english in .com may not be a value for selling. But it depends what type of language it is.
