Non-Commercial use?

I'm thinking of putting some RSS feeds on my site, but I notice that the terms of service for these feed say they can only be used for non-commercial stuff. If I have ads on my site does that mean that it would be commercial use? Or do I have to be like selling the rights to see the RSS feed for it to be commercial use?

Thanks..

Yes. Using it on website open to public & making money from visitors is commercial use.

no i dont think so....... commercial use is when you charge your visitors to read the content by way of offering weekly, monthly or annual subscriptions etc ..... (with one exception: if the only thing on your site are the feeds and the ads and no additional content contributed by your side then it would mean that the site exists for the solo purpose of making money via ads, which would then make the use of the feeds commercial).

Assuming that you do have content other than the feeds that you're syndicating, to be on the safe side, email the website owner from where you're picking up the feeds and ask if it's okay .....
