Nocster / burst.net down

Does anyone know where burst.net and nocsters datacenter is.

It seems they are currently down. Is it to do with the huricane?

they are just replacing switches so nothing to worry about.

I wasnt aware they were going to be doing some maintanance work and got jumpy
