No CreditCard !! AnyOther way?

hi

i dont hav a creditcard and i'm not from the US to order a prepaid card which is offered only to US residents.
Does anyone know a virtual credit card(Prepaid) service which is not limited to the US residents and having the capability to fund the accout with Western Union.

I heard some theories abt VCC services, which hav vanished into thin air.
Dont kno whom to trust

Plz let me kno if u kno any trustable VCC service?
