i was just wondering if NN.lc or NN.cx worth of purchasing

You're not seeing any sales, because there is no demand for those AFAIK.
A fluke here and there is always possible, but there is no market really.

.lc and .cx are not that much of a use for you. I think you could get 20$ for both.
