NL larger then EU!

As of today the Dutch registry SIDN counts 2.824.391 .nl domain registrations and the EU registry EUrid counts 2.819.673 .eu registrations. (www.extensiemonitor.nl, www.sidn.nl, www.eurid.eu)

Surely part of the fast growth of the .nl is due to the Landrush of the numerical .nl domains of last month, but growth is continuous over the past years and seems larger then the growth of the .eu extension.

One way or the other, .nl is still going strong and definitely a save TLD to invest your money for the coming years!

The Dutch generic domain name Veiling.nl (Auction) did sell through a Sedo auction for 46,000 euro a couple of months ago.

I have actually seen the .nl domain in use a few times so it's certainly a noticable cctld.
