If you opened a gas station wouldn't you buy the land next to you so a competing station wouldn't open and take your business?

both way works in our real life...sometime, u may want in certain area, there is only ur gas station, all customer only goto you, in other hand, if I want open a fashion store, I may want join the big street, lots of similar store there, and that street drive all customer there, people want buy fashion stuff will just go to the street to select what they need...instead put my fashion store in a large land without neighbour store...---of couse, people may question, how about I own that street? ---yes, that's why I said both way works--
