Have had offers over 2k. What are your thoughts on this???

Since you are too busy I would say sell. It's a great name, Low-Mid X,XXX but as you said, you don't have the time. I'd counter with 2500 and see if you could squeeze a little more out of it.

I don't see a forum name, even one that good, getting much over $5k. I'd say counter the $3k offer with $5k and try to settle for $3500-$4000, and use the money to find other projects and/or buy more names.

Very nice domain, if you can catch 5k$ that would be excellent but 4k$ is decent as well. Of course, developed it would bring in much more, but thats your choice.

perhaps you could buy an active hip hop forum and use your domain for that forum. maybe spend a little more money, but you'll gain instant equity, with your domain attached to that site!

There is a market for forum names...I sold a package of 3 forum.com's for nearly $25k

I agree that $3500 is a good target to shoot for in this case.
