Hi...nice names, some guess, in my mind most appraisal just a guess work

if have good traffic, will be very strong
if not consider traffic, stilll xxxx for right end user...from reseller view, I guess mid xxx..

NYCforum.com alone is a very good name. forums for some reason seem to be in high demand.

total package could be low-mid $$,$$$ imo ... discussion boards for ny dining, travel, business, dating, sports, events etc. - good luck

Excellent forum domains :tu:
For development purposes i would use NewYorkForum.com for sure. That would yield the most optimal SE results combined with other factors of course but that specific domain would be the best domain for the job IMO.

And as suggested the forum is a absolute must to develop into a forum devoted to all the things you could do in NYC, Cinema, Theater, Restaurants, Zoo, and so on....

This could be a hell of a forum for atracting people visiting and living in NYC to find and learn things from New Yorkers themself.
Massive advertisement potential here.

Use a VB bulletin forum for this and make it look good with custom modules for advertisement and general use.

I would not sell it but develop it. These domains have the potential to deliver a residual yearly anual income for you.

if you had to give a ballpark figure based on potential, what would you sell them as a package if you owned undev.
I am literally trying to decide to dev or sell.

Don´t sell And use the other domains as redirects, you pretty much cornered al possibilities in the .com.
If you keep them all you would have more exclusivity so to speak. This would make the overall value higher in the future.

Definetly develop these under one name that you make the brand. (I'd say NYForums) Your looking at low xx,xxx in about a year or so.

It's a great set of names...

NewYorkForum.com - This one name alone should find a buyer in the $X,XXX range.

You've got a lot of different ways to go. You could sell off a couple of them to help cover your investment, keeping the best ones. Or you could keep them in tact as a set, which helps to lock-up the surrounding space from competitors.
