NewYork.com was the leader of our portfolio that can be viewed on our landing page at NewYork.com. We remain in various discussions; originally 15 sites were $20M; Scottsdale, San Diego and Los Angeles has sold, and we are now considering selling each name individually. NewYork.com is $2.5M. Will pay a 5% co-broker fee to anyone that delivers the buyer, but check with me at [email protected] to see if we are already in discussion with the Buyer.
