.mobi NewWindows.mobi needs comments

Would like to hear comments on newwindows.mobi from you guys. It was basically designed to help peeps who are looking to purchase ...what else? New Windows! As always, give me the good, bad and the ugly. Since I do not have a capable phone, I can only check it from my PC. When I do, it sees the punctuation marks are replaced with ?. This was mt second site done with mobisitegalore and the first to have this problem. Anyone know what's up with that?
