Newsletter emailer question

I have used services for emailing newsletters to clients. Here's the problem, they seemed to be hard to customize. I would have to modify it every time and could not set up future emails. Also I have several newsletters for different projects, so I would have to pay for each list. 10 lists at 40.00 per list = 400.00 too much. I eant to be able to build the newsletter as a PDF and email them. The program should email them 1 at a time therefore no long list of names for other members. Any ideas?

based on what hardware you might have, if you have huge ram for your computer fairlogic.com's worldcast can serve you better without paying the monthly emailer hosting bills because you're gonna use your own computer as email server, or if you're in a hurry, something like one click send to all, you need the online versions.
