RSS is a format for syndicating news and the content of news-like sites,
including major news sites like Wired, news-oriented community sites like
Slashdot, and personal weblogs. Yahoo just added it to their My Yahoo!
pages.

If you type in "rss" (no quotes) at google there are numerous refrences explaining this better.

$15-$40, Could be a grea tdomain for an actual RSS supplier or I honestly think their is a big opening for an RSS tutorial website to assist people with RSS feeds.
