Hello friends,

I picked up creditlender.com in an auction. I took a shot on it, because i was not able to get a clear answer as to whether or not an existing trademark would be a problem for this name. The trademark is on the name "Credit Lenders". There's a topic in the legal forum about it, now.

I'm looking for appraisals! I understand that if it infringes on a trademark, intrinsicly there is no value - lets say it's free and clear of trademark. What do you guys think for value?

I welcome any input on whether or not that trademark applies here too. The consensus has been no, because of how completely generic the two key words are.

I think the probably is that will be a conflict with the existing TM because both names has almost the same meaning (plural and singular) and that points to have a similar or same use

And value, I think if they are interested, from there could arise a value which I'm not sure how much it could be
