Looks like just the stemcell blog and the domain right? Have you had the domain appraised. I ask this because a site that sold for 800K in the 90's would probably sell for a lot less today. Just about anything web-related sold for inflated prices in the 90's.

I have great domains with "s.x" in it, does it mean they are each worth a million dollars? s.x dot com was sold 14M, a lot more than drugs.com
