domain NewDesignWorld.com Alexa Ranked

Currently I have been trying to develop http://www.newdesignworld.com
I would appreciate if anyone would give me a estimate of the value.

Alexa: 2,016,878
Traffic rank today: 201,725
Reach per million: 7

Visits: average 50 per day, has been as high as 180 on some days.

Google results for: new design world: 388,000,000
+ ranked higly on some keywords: e.g. pr predictor #3 on google

Also hopefully once google update the page ranks it will be between 3-5, would this google page rank add to the value of the domain, if so how much more?

The PR would definately add value to the name, but i dont think an alexa of 491k is *great* .....

But the dev looks good at the moment, you can easily get low $xxx to a reseller after your PR Updates... much more depending on what keywords you rank high .

What is considered as good alexa rank?
Any more appraisals would be great
